question: Angela,
CONGRATS!!!!! I am a friend of your Auntie Cheryl Dunkley, but more importantly, I was an acolyte, serving for your Grandfather, Henry B Hucles at St. Georges. We are all VERY proud of you. Enjoy your career. You have worked very hard to get to this point. If you are EVER in Seattle try to contact me. I'll show you around town.

Hi Greg,
Wow, you know people from both my mom's and dad's side of the family. How long were you an acolyte for my grandfather and how long have you known Cheryl. I hear Seattle is a fun town so enjoy. Thanks for following and supporting me. All the best!

question: My high school didn't have a soccer team mainly because of not having enough money or interest
in the sport. Do you have any ideas on how to get a team started?

Samantha,
This would be an amazing project to get started, creating a soccer team for your high school!!! I would recommend asking a teacher or coach to help work with you in this task with some of your friends. There are a lot of ways that you can do fundraising to help with costs that you might have like soccer balls, nets, and cones. Also, look at different websites that have scholarships and look into groups that may be interested in donating items to your cause. For example, go to www.womenssportsfoundation.org and look to see what type of grants and scholarships may help you. Good luck and let me know how it goes!!!!

question: Great Job at the Algarve!!! What do you think of your new coach, Ryan?

Hi Laure,
Thanks so much! We had fun playing at the Algarve Cup this year and were pleased to win the tournament as well. Greg is a great guy and very enthusiastic about bringing the women's program to yet another level. He
was our assistant during the Olympics and he knows a lot about other countries' programs. Greg and the players are all very eager to get out there and play some more so we can continue to develop our skills and
win some more games!!!!

question: Dear Angela what is your favorite board game and why?

Hi Katherine, thanks for your question. I think my favorite board game would have to be Monopoly. Even
though I haven't played it recently, I used to play it a lot when I was younger with my brother and sometimes we would get our parents to play too. Of course some of the games would last forever so we would just save the game and continue on another night. What's your favorite board game??

question: Hi Angela! I was wondering how you felt about not really being able to play at RFK Stadium in
D.C. anymore.

Hey Kristina,
I'm guessing you're referring to not playing in RFK because of the WUSA suspending operations. Well, hopefully one day soon we'll be able to play there again with tons of fans cheering us on again. It's great playing in RFK because it's a nice big stadium, but also because it's probably the closest stadium that I play to where I grew up in Virginia Beach.

question: Hey Angela,I've watched you and a lot of your collegues play the game(collegiately, internationally, and professionally)and some seem to have improved as a result of the WUSA while others,
well, let's just say no change. Do you think that the WUSA was good for your game and those of the majority of your playing collegues? And do you anticipate that we'll see the league again, my high school team loved
it.

Faith, thanks for writing in!! I definitely think the WUSA helped my game and many other players. It was
the first time this country has seen that level of soccer, without it being the national team, and right in their backyards!! The WUSA was such a wonderful gift for this country, to see high level soccer every weekend, to interact with great players and role models, and to have fun with such a great sport. I truly hope that we can bring it back soon and I know that there are people working extremely hard to do just that. So, hopefully very soon your high school team will be able to spend some more time watching professional female soccer players once again!!

question: Hi Angela-
I met your mom at Philadelphia during the Gold Medal Celebration Tour because she picked me out wearing a Breakers "Staff" windbreaker I got at the Breakers liquidation sale. We had a great 5-minute conversation, but I wanted to tell you and your Breakers teammates (and all the WUSA players) how touched I was with your graciousness to fans. I was a season ticket holder for a couple of years, but I chaperoned a group of kids from the South Boston Boys and Girls Club one game and after watching you guys play your hearts out for 90 minutes, you (and you neice!) signed autographs for the kids for 45 minutes more. I enjoyed talking to your mom (and meeting your neice!)
Best of luck to you and your teammates.

Hi Rich,
Thanks so much for sharing with me. My family are my biggest supporters that is for sure! So, I'm not surprised to hear that you met my mother :) Thanks also for supporting the Breakers and becoming a season
ticket holder. That was definitely a huge part of why we had those good three years up here in Boston. I
remember exactly the game you are talking about. It was my little cousin, Mikaela, who lives in the area that came down on the field with me to "help" sign autographs. I think she got a kick out of signing a few of her own as well!!!
